I’m Lisa Wallace, founder of AI for Business Northern Ireland. With 20+ years’ experience in Lean process improvement and consulting, I’ve worked with organisations across aviation, oil & gas, manufacturing, banking, and SMEs.
What makes me different is that I take time to listen to your pain points — whether that’s delays, wasted time, or struggling teams — and then design AI-powered automations around those needs. My strength lies in spotting bottlenecks and hidden inefficiencies that others miss, so you get solutions that actually work in the real world.
