Meet Our Founder

I’m Lisa Wallace, founder of AI for Business Northern Ireland. With 20+ years’ experience in Lean process improvement and consulting, I’ve worked with organisations across aviation, oil & gas, manufacturing, banking, and SMEs.

What makes me different is that I take time to listen to your pain points , whether that’s delays, wasted time, or struggling teams — and then design AI-powered automations around those needs. My strength lies in spotting bottlenecks and hidden inefficiencies that others miss, so you get solutions that actually work in the real world.

I created this agency to give Northern Ireland businesses access to affordable AI tools, instant training downloads, and expert guidance that make it easier to automate smarter, upskill teams, and compete globally.
